About us 

Hello!!

We are a family micro-business made up of two people, Sonia and José. 

José, has worked in organic farming for many years, in addition to being a rehabilitator of old houses (one of his great passions) he is in love with gastronomy and artisan cheeses.

And I, Sonia, am a jeweler, a social educator and I love handmade things; That is why we decided to create this small food handicraft company. For us the flavors and the creators of them are unique.

We have created this online store with great enthusiasm, hoping that you enjoy eating our products, as much as we do.  

  We, in addition to selling the products of other food workshops, also  we are working to create our own brand of artisan food; that we will present to you later ...

With the birth of Dame Un Bite,  we want to give visibility to handicraft companies  food because we believe that it is the most ethical and sustainable thing for the planet, to buy local products made by  food artisans, it really helps micro-businesses and their families to have a quality of life and also helps our planet to minimize the carbon footprint.
